The Role
enjoyable
Did not contribute to the team's day to day work but hopefully did generally contribute
Technical support and also status reviews
Not too busy as no strict deadline on tasks but enough to be getting on with
Responsibility for own tasks, with guidance
Learnt to code in a new language, not directly useful for engineering degree but useful in general
The Company
Quite quiet but friendly
Went very smoothly
Personal development plan and regular status reviews
Would be a good job but think I am interested in further study instead
The Culture
After work drinks and a company trip to a fringe show. Stayed at home so mostly socialised with home friends rather than work people
Company subsidised housing (although I lived at home)
Edinburgh during the Fringe is a great place to be
As I was living at home did not get involved but there may have been
