The Role
It was a real challenge with lots of early mornings and late nights!
Some employees made a real effort to give us valuable things to do but at the same time it is difficult in a bank without us having done training or passed our FSAs/
We were given a huge amount of support!
Extremely busy, never bored!
Again, it is difficult to give us much responsibility as we have not yet taken our FSAs.
I developed extreme efficiency skills and pushed myself to the max which is something I will put into use for the rest of my life. Also, the technical skills I developed will help me so much in my final year at university in my finance classes.
The Company
It was a trading floor so there was always something exciting going on!
very well organised!
They invest A LOT in their interns!
Subsidised/Company Gym
We do not find out for a few weeks for sure but it is looking good!
The Culture
