The Role
It was both challenging and enjoyable, took on a diverse number of projects and had the opportunity to network across the bank.
Extremely supportive environment, everyone was very keen to get to you know you and more than happy to discuss their own experiences.
Excellent feedback/review system which meant I was told my strengths and how my weaker areas could be improved.
I was busy - there is no doubt about that. If you're not willing to juggle several projects and stay late a few nights then this isn't for you.
I took on enough responsibility to feel that I was having an impact, but not too much that I had a meglamania fit!
I've learnt a lot about the industry and about myself. (I'm now also awesome at excel)
The Company

Best organised 10 weeks of my life! Never once had to think about where I needed to go/what was going on - all the info was there.
Everything from speaker series to skills sessions and 1-1 training.
Subsidised Canteen

Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Very!
The Culture
Yes - though it can be hard to mix outside of your division sometimes.
Reasonable, though this is London so you're never going to get off lightly.
Great social scene - love the buzz of the city workers
Plenty of networks and sport teams
