The Role
Overall, a lot of fun, really interesting and a career I want to pursue.
Team were fantastic and everyone in the wider business were so keen to help.
Could've asked for a more supportive line manager. So welcoming and helped me to meet the objectives I set out at the start.
Genuinely, the perfect balance between day to day tasks, projects and extras, like events and shadowing.
A fair amount.
Considering this is the career I want to pursue, the internship was ideally suited to forging a career in this area.
The Company
Team were hilarious, really helpful and friendly.
Lot of events for us to do, as well as being really well planned by both Coutts and Group.
So many different activities to do! The first week was training in IT, banking and credit, then plenty of speaker series events, networking, etc.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Exceptionally good. Graduate scheme is really well put together. Ideal for starting a career in Wealth Management and Private Banking.
The Culture
Couldn't ask for a better group of people. We've all become really good friends.
It's London so it isn't cheap and the bank is based on the Strand. Though it's a fantastic location and is cheaper if you look for deals etc.
It's based in London so there are activities to suit all tastes, music preferences etc.
Plenty to get involved in, such as networking events, a charity project and applying to become a campus brand ambassador.
