The Role
Generally speaking I was usually busy but without feeling over-worked. Obviously there were days/weeks which were very hectic and testing but I felt the workload generally manageable
I was given a lot more responsibility during my second rotation, in the last 4 weeks of the internship programme. While it was a little frustrating not having a lot of responsibility for the first half, it was understandable as I had very little experience to start with
The Company
The internship was extremely structured and well-organised
We had a weeks training prior to starting the internship and subsequent training throughout the programme to further develop our skills
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Healthcare from home
I would really hope to be offered a job after I finish the program this week
The Culture
We didn't really tend to go out in the area
