The Role
There were some boring bits but on the whole it was great
I was working on an individual project so my work didn't directly benefit them although they were very helpful when I asked
He was great but sometimes quite busy and so waiting for him to have time took a day or two
Some bits of down time that were frustrating but didn't happen very often
I got my own little project and was able to just get on with it however the workings of the bank didn't depend on it
Learnt at least 3 new programming languages from scratch
The Company
Very friendly atmosphere and some drinks evenings organised
All the desk work was well organised however some of the HR running of events was a little bit poor
Received a whole weeks worth of training by a 7City, a professional training company, before the placement started
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Lots of free evening socials which were great
I commuted from outside London as living in London is very expensive
