  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • There were some boring bits but on the whole it was great

  • I was working on an individual project so my work didn't directly benefit them although they were very helpful when I asked

  • He was great but sometimes quite busy and so waiting for him to have time took a day or two

  • Some bits of down time that were frustrating but didn't happen very often

  • I got my own little project and was able to just get on with it however the workings of the bank didn't depend on it

  • Learnt at least 3 new programming languages from scratch

  • Very friendly atmosphere and some drinks evenings organised

  • All the desk work was well organised however some of the HR running of events was a little bit poor

  • Received a whole weeks worth of training by a 7City, a professional training company, before the placement started

  • Lots of free evening socials which were great

  • I commuted from outside London as living in London is very expensive
