The Role
Colleagues always made an effort to make me feel involved.
Managament were very open and always very welcoming. It was always possible to ask questions
There was always work to do, whether it was a morning note, a presentation, a project etc.
When you put a lot of work into a project, my line manager would always take my comments on board, give me feedback and if I came up with some good ideas then he might use them.
In terms of transferable skills, the internship was very useful as it enhanced my teamwork skills and also how to work well under pressure.
The Company
Everyone was very welcoming and open to spending time with you
The activities planned were excellent and very enjoyable. A good mix of education and social events.
Many teach ins, lectures and market summaries were given which were excellent ways to develop skills.
