The Role
I love my job!! Makes all the hard work of applying worth it. Everyday offers a new challenge, but this really pushes you to want to achieve.
Never treated as 'the student' and given menial tasks, fully accepted into the team and respected. I regard them as friends not just work colleagues.
Lots! Having product responsibility ultimately gives me the power to make decisions about it.
I have had the opportunity to continuously develop my skills through internal training courses and also through day to day learns.
The Company
Obviously there are quiet times - everyone is very busy, but for the most part everyone can find time for a quick chat. Breaks up sitting at a computer all day, not talking!
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Graduate programme is well known throughout the company
The Culture
I was able to live at home, but as Loughborough is a popular student town, never far away from a cheap student night out :)
