The Role
Really enjoyable experience. A well structured and extremely well thought out time.
Everyone was friendly and ensured that I was always able to seek help.
Very attentive - heavily prioritised your development.
If you are reasonably proactive then you are never bored.
A decent amount of responsibility, but less than interning in other industries.
Vastly improved my understanding of investment banks and the industry. Soft skills and future work skills were positively impacted.
The Company
People were sociable; sometimes work got in the way but people were always up for fun.
Exceptionally well structured - not a bad foot.
Training sessions were of high quality and colleague knowledge was unbelievable.

Always something happening, people took the social scene to heart and really made it happen.
It's London, pay was good so lifestyle was fantastic.
