The Role
Everyone was really willing to help and approachable.
Work was not very evenly spread out, so I was bored on some days and too significantly too busy on others.
The Company
Generally fairly quiet, lots of people sat with headphones on.
Very well organised.
The training was great. There was lots of it, it was (usually) interesting and incredibly useful.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The process is tough, but they are very keen to find and hire the best people from the internship programme.
The Culture
Fridays were always good fun, but the hours were long and everyone was busy with work, so there wasn't much socialising on weeknights or during the day.
Central London is expensive.
There were lots of societies and networks to get involved with, but I don't know how people found time!
