The Role
Really enjoyed, it v. supportive team looking to help us find right job and good fit - didnt just feel used as a cheap pair of hands!
Good feedback system
Good - I wanted to move and was facilitated and made easy by HR and team
Good amounts of busy, and could take on as much as I felt I could do so the more I did the more I was given
Mainly doign analyst role so supportive with immportant deadlines but nothing too major
V. useful - have learnt a lot - if just how to write emails well!
The Company
Good atmosphere - open bunch but then hard working too
Very well organised, constant sessions to extend our learning of whole bank
Well invested, significant plus that we were allowed to find out abotu the whole bank rather than being boxed into knowing only about one division
