The Role
My team was amazing. Was very supportive, always glad to teach, and overall had a great positive attitude. I've learned a lot and in the end already had some freedom to choose my own projects.
I felt always valued. In the beggining the tasks were obviously more simple, but with time the responsability and importance of the tasks always increased. All my projects were recognized with enthusiasm - not matter how big or small they were.
I felt always very supported. They not only made compliments but also very positive, and to the point, constructive criticism. I felt a huge personal and professional improvement through out the internship.
Was busy enough to feel that I was definitly part of team, but my wellbeing and life balance was always the priority.
I had enough or even more responsability than the one an intern can have. But I was always supporting my managers in their tasks and not doong them for them. It waa the perfect balance
Got a lot of technical skills which have already helped me in my other internship and which I'm sure will keep using in my future jobs.
The Company
It was perfectly balanced. When we knew we could play we would, when not we would be very focused. Very good and positive atmosphere
The overall placement was also good. Everything was clear and after one week of my interview I got the answer. Everything very fast.
The company did invest, but U believe it could do much more.
