The Role
I have really enjoyed working in a challenging environment, meeting people from different backgrounds.
Everyone associated at Hays who I have come in contact with has been very welcoming and supportive.
There is always someone to go to for advice and help.
Some days can be busier than others, but generally it is a very fast paced yet fun environment.
Right from the 'off' I was given a large responsibility which I feel has already developed my confidence as a person.
I already feel confident that I will be at an advantage to those that haven't had a year out in industry due to the life skills you pick up whilst working.
The Company
The atmosphere is very exciting balancing humour and the professional aspect of work
No real concerns with the organisation.
Have already been out on internal company training and as mentioned before, feel very supported and always know where to go for advice.
Financial Bonus
I feel confident that I can fit back into a graduate role within Hays.
The Culture
Very good social scene, with welcoming colleagues.
Live at home, socialising is pretty cheap in the area I work though.
Good for bars and pubs, not so much for clubs.
Some opportunities, football related but nothing I have been invited to.
