The Role
It is a really great charity to work for, they really treat interns like they are proper employees
I felt no different than any other employee
I never ever felt worried about asking for help or guidance
I was never bored that's for sure!
I didn't feel like as an intern I was restricted at all
The Company
I was in a smaller branch and it was really fun despite not being with any other interns
There were set projects given at the start as well as a slow build up of responsibility
Lots of support and heklpful days like a CV workshop
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Jobs come up all the time and they are first advertised internally so it is a fantastic oppurtunity being an intern!
The Culture
I commuted from home so it was really cheap for me
I was in the sports team so any sports events I wanted to volunteer at was really encouraged
