The Role
Work was interesting at first, but after 6 months the same weekly tasks became boring and repetitive, with no chance of a change
The team made me feel important
Task manager was great but "personal development manager" and Foundation did little/nothing to affect my year
Good level of work, always something extra to do if you had any free time
Responsible for the accuracy of my team's sales pipeline, which was reported weekly to the UK CEO
Little training
The Company
Over 100 interns in the Southbank office which was great
My role was a more of a full time role rather than a 12 month learning curve
Training was there online if you wanted to find it, just a few sessions held by "foundation"
Working from home
The lack of enthusiasm amongst the current grads wasnt very appealing
The Culture
Loads of interns in the London office
London is pricey but thats what you expect!
Southbank - couldnt think of a better place to be when you leave the office
Not that many to be honest - we always sorted things for ourselves
