The Role
Enterprise as a company really look after their employees, alot of training was involved even though I was only employed for 3 months.
My branch consisted of all new hires, which proved to be difficult at first.
My Branch manager was amazing at supporting me through my tasks and helping me improve on my weak areas.
Worked in Stansted Airport so only experienced busy periods due to flight schedules
At times I was the manager of the branch, which made me feel very valued as they trusted in me after a short period of time.
My customer service skills have improved, which I believe will benefit me for life.
The Company
Everyone was really friendly and relaxed even management.
the internship was very organised with setting up my beginners training which is a week at head office.
Management always took employees out for lunch to ask how they are finding their role, they also sat down and conducted monthly training with each employee.
Flexi Time
Company Car
Financial Bonus
Promotion within the company is very fast which appeals to me greatly, I would consider coming back.
The Culture
Not many nights out with colleagues, strictly work.
Airport was very expensive, and cost me alot in fuel to get there each time.
Stansted airport has no nightlife :)
At the end of my placement all 3-month interns attended top golf as a goodbye socialising event.
