The Role
I really enjoyed my ten week placement. It was very different from any job i had ever done before and it was very rewarding.
I feel welcome straight away in my team always include in all events and and out of the office.
My manager was very busy but always made time for me explaining tasks really clearly so I could do the work to the best of my ability.
I never felt the day dragged which is a sign that I always had the right amount of work and wasn't bored.
I was given the right amount of responsilibty - Never feeling too stressed out but at the same time taking part in work that had an impact on the business.
I learnt a lot in my internship including invaluable presentation and excel skills as well as acquiring the confidence to speak to semior leaders of the team.
The Company
The right amount of fun/work ratio
Very well organised - mainly to the credit of my supervisor
A lot of time during my internship was spent letting me have exposure to others areas of the business and finding out what i wanted to do - crucial to my development

The company is at a really good stage to join and I think it has a great ethos and atmosphere
