    • All aspects of my work in Santander meet or exceed my expectations.

    • I have always received greatsupport from them and been given real work to do (I add value to the company)

    • Any time I have questions they are willing to take of their time and help me.

    • It is said - perfect balance. I have been kept busy but never required to work over hours. I have done it only as personal decision.

    • A lot for an undergraduate and all important things.

    • Mainly intercation with people, change management and patience.

    • People seem happy with their work and work environment.

    • I was given the agenda for my internship a bit late but after that everything was very structured and timely.

    • They invested their employees' time which is a lot in investment banking.

    • Events organised specially for interns.

    • Socialising was amazing and my colleagues never let us (interns) pay for drinks.

    • Haven't been to clubsa with colleagues but we hit the pubs at least once a week.
