The Role
Very enjoyable from day 1
The projects I were given were adding value to the company
Weekly or bi-weekly meetings to look at my progress
Self motivated and organised but the projects were work load heavy
Not a great deal but was involved in decision making
All experiences were relative and understandable and has helped me decide what to do in my future career
The Company
very good balance between work and play
clearly thought had been put into the workload given and how long to make sure I could push myself if I wanted to
Nothing exceptional, explained the business and operational/investment processes
Company Parties/Events
Nothing concrete yet
The Culture
good social crowd
N/A - lived in the area already
Again, good social crowd
No purposeful activities organised
