The Role
I really enjoyed working with customers on a one-to-one basis everyday and then hearing about their positive experiences with Enterprise and our excellent customer service.
Everyday was different but most days I would always have a task to complete and was never bored at work, there was always something I could help out with and always a customer to chat to!
I was given just about as much responsibility as everyone else in the office, even though I was only an intern! Having equal responsibilities really gave me the opportunity to learn and grow quickly as an Enterprise employee.
The customer service skills I have developed during my internship with Enterprise are invaluable and I know that they will give me an advantage when applying to positions with other companies in the future. I have also acquired indepth knowledge of Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a whole, and will now be able to apply my knowlegde of such a global company to my future studies at university.
The Company
Enterprise made me feel like a highly valued asset to the company!
