The Role
Enjoyed it loads, made lots of new friends and new skills!
Everyones very close knit.
Monthly meetings with the branch manager.
Very busy but it made the day go quickly!
There was resonsibility in certain areas, but at times it felt like there could be more available.
We did presentations and group activities that will be useful within uni and sales experience and work experience for later life!
The Company
Fun was encouraged as long as the work got done!
Very well organised.
We were treated the exact same as the management trainees, complete with our own trianing folders for us to utilise.
Company Parties/Events
Would consider the management trainee scheme after uni.
The Culture
Yes - made some really good friends and had a few nights out!
It was in Glasgow - I lived at home so living was free and nights out can be either way - pricy or cheap!
Glasgow city center is always buzzing!
There were a few nights out organised and an itern BBQ.
