The Role
It was a good experience that delivered what I was looking for.
Lack of training was an obvious issue but was always made to feel valued.
Buddy and People Manager systems worked very well.
Always something to do, but never massively busy.
Lack of training meant I was never going to have huge responsibility delegated to me.
Skills such as team-work and time management will help in the last year of my degree.
The Company
It was quiet, mainly due to many people being on holiday.
Very well organised.
Amount of investment made me feel valued as a future employee.
Appealing, but I'm not yet 100% convinced.
The Culture
Good networking events for all on the internship program.
Good value.
Little nightlife experienced, partly because of the quiet atmosphere mentioned earlier.
No obvious opportunities.
