  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • It was a good experience that delivered what I was looking for.

    • Lack of training was an obvious issue but was always made to feel valued.

    • Buddy and People Manager systems worked very well.

    • Always something to do, but never massively busy.

    • Lack of training meant I was never going to have huge responsibility delegated to me.

    • It was quiet, mainly due to many people being on holiday.

    • Good networking events for all on the internship program.

    • Little nightlife experienced, partly because of the quiet atmosphere mentioned earlier.
