The Role
Generally I enjoyed the internship. People were great and I was given responsibility from the start, however work was repetitive and unchallenging.
I felt a very important part of the team and was given tasks to complete vital to the projects I was working on. The team were comfortable with me as with any other of their colleagues.
Help was available whenever I needed it despite the busy nature of the work.
I often had to stay outside of hours to complete work as the project was understaffed. However I enjoyed being busy throughout the day, always with work to do.
I was given plenty of responsibility throughout the internship and was required to complete important tasks in tight timeframes be them as a team or alone.
The majority of the tasks I undertook were unchallenging and required little more than concentration.
The Company
I got on very well with the team and the environment was a friendly one, even under pressure.
Organisation was good, tasks were easily delegated and managers and buddies were proactive in aiding me.
There was little need to invest in interns on this internship
Although I wish to change department, the company represent a very attractive career prospect.
The Culture
Met plenty of interns across the company.
High.
When I had time, there was plenty to do nearby
Nothing specific to my department.
