The Role
Everybody was really friendly and this helped me settle in. The role was interesting and challenging, I began real client work right from the first days. The training was comprehensive and useful but could have been a bit shorter. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely come back if given the opportunity.
I felt as though all of my colleagues valued the work I gave them.
I was set clear obectives at the start of the internship and followed these. Also on evey job I was on, it was clearly explained and I was assigned a buddy who could answer anyquestions I had no matter how stupid.
I was doing client work from the off but this went through checking procedures as you would expect.
The Company
Everyone was really friendly and the work was intersting.
Training was comprehensive and well run, objectives and meetings where clear and mid-internship reviews and catch ups were helpful.
Had a full week of training to begin with thten 2 development days throughout the internship.
