The Role
Fantastic organisation to work for.
At Hays you work closely with your colleagues both on your team and the whole office.
The first couple of weeks you have full support with your manger, director and colleagues on your team. 8-10 weeks in, you attend a training week with full support from senior members of Hays to consolidate all learning. Further training is provided throughout the 12 months.
Very busy on a daily basis.
Lots of responsibility, both individual and shared with your team.
Time management, organisation skills, ability to work to a fast pace, building organisational knowledge, initiative, communication and negotiation skills.

Structure of the placement was excellent, opportunity to learn and develop at a fast pace.
Training in London/Birmingham early on and training specifically for placement students.

Yes, always something social planned for everyone to get involved. Awards evenings and end of year/quarter events.
South Wales is a reasonable place to live.
Cardiff city centre - one of the best nights out.
