The Role
Really enjoyed my placement, work was valued and varied.
Felt very capped especially after being asked to extend my internship and after I was offered a graduate job.
Support was excellent and not lacking in any aspect.
I was always busy but never enough to validate working more than I had to.
Nearer the end of the internship I was given a lot of responsibility with the work I was completing.
Skills I have learned will be used again when I rejoin the company next year.
The Company
Atmosphere was serious but with a relaxed and friendly aspect to the office too.
Everything ran smoothly
Giving me lots of responsibility and having offered me a graduate placement they have and will invest a lot in myself and all their interns and employees.
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Was offered a placement starting after I graduate.
The Culture
Met up a number of times for dinner/drinks with other interns and with other colleagues
Edinburgh is expensive especially during the fringe.
Fringe was on during the placement so nightlife was great.
Plenty of time for things outside work with and without colleagues. Both organised within the company and without.
