The Role
I throughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone thinking of applying.
My team and other teams within my directorate made me feel more than 'just an intern.
My manager frequently gave me advice and supported me throughout the whole internship with my personal development
Normally very busy, but I found that one of the best parts about the internship- I always had something I could be getting on with.
Quite a large amount of responsibility- I was working very closely with my manager on the delivery of my project.
The skills I've learnt and built upon during the internship will help me in future roles in my career, but also just in my everyday non working life! I've definetely gained confidence as a result of being given responsibility here.
The Company
It was an open plan office, so always some noise and fun going on. It is a really nice working atmostphere to be in.
Extremely organised. I was so impressed with the organisation, from recruitment until the final day as an intern.
I really felt that I was valued and able to personally develop within my team. I was able to go along to one of the LearnZone courses provided and also take a preferences questionnaire that my team subsidised.

Very!
The Culture
This was another really great part of the scheme. There were over 50 other people in the same position as you, and it was great to have a lovely group of people to get to know and lunch with!
Pretty expensive to be honest- but that's the same with anywhere in London.
Fun, different and some places were affordable!
Definitely! As a group we went for drinks every week and organised a charity fundraiser where all our friends and family came along.
