About You
The bank made a huge effort to expose us to all areas and divisions providing an array of speaking and interactive tasks.
Everyone was friendly and genuinely willing to chat at all levels of seniority.
The programme itself was perfectly ran; accommodation was supplied so logistically it was very supportive.
Aware of all divisions
The Company
Given a comprehensive itinerary that was stuck to- it was very broad yet tailored to your individual preferences.
Everyone both employees and other insight students were keen to learn more.
Skills sessions were directly based on how to improve your skill base
Learned as much about the bank's people as the divisions themselves
Probably the area most covered by all speakers/
Every area of the bank from HR to GTS to IBD was covered.
Everything Else
Also given accommodation
A number of lunches and dinners.
Welcome drinks on the first day was a great ice-breaker.
This mainly revolved around NGO work and also company sport teams
Great in terms of exposure
