The Role
I am still currently on my placement and thoroughly enjoying it - wouldn't change a thing!
From day 1 every one in the office helped to make me feel welcome. This helped when I was being trained as I felt a real sense that they belived in me and put their trust into me.
The training/support I have been given so far has been incredible. We had to complete a training book in the first couple of weeks followed by a week in London training for the Module 1 trainging programme.
Every day is different at Hays which is what makes it so exciting. It is really fast paced which is great but never too busy. Everything is managable and my managers have been great with adivising me on which specific areas to focus on.
I am being given loads of responsibility here which is great. For me this is one of my main motivators as it really helps you to feel valued.
The skills I have picked up so far are definitely skills for life! I have only been here for three months and have already learnt so much that I will take away with me.
The Company
The atmosphere here is great. We have a laugh but also people are very very hard working. Everyone here is passionate about Hays and this really reflects in the work that is carried out.
This is very well organised.
I have had very good training so far in my placement
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I would definitely work for Hays after Univeristy if I am given the opportunity.
