The Role
It was by far the best internship I've done. It was very professional and I got as much out of it, if not more, as I put in.
My colleagues treated me very well, acting as mentors to help me learn as much as possible and stretch me. The tasks given to me made an added difference and I felt fulfilled. I felt I achieved so much in a relatively short time.
Weekly 1-2-1, mid-placement and end-of-placement reviews with my manager all were extremely informative, giving me tons of feedback and guidance.
I was extremely busy, sometimes too busy but that was a personal learning in itself on time management and communication.
I was project manager for a couple of tasks and others I was part of a team, but I always had a lot of responsibility.
I have learn't a huge amount and been really inspired by this placement.
