The Role
A great overview of the whole business, as well as in depth projects within my department. Very enjoyable experience and never dull
Although everyone was working hard towards their own goals, I was recognised as a member of the team almost immediately
The support process at JPMorgan is exemplary
Long term projects kept me occupied throught the scheme, at a rate that was manageable. I was able to manage my own workflow and pace throughout the day.
Although not doing a BAU role, my projects will have a lasting effect on the processes within the company
I believe the experience will help greatfully with my final year study, and my future career
The Company
professional, yet enjoyable
perfectly organised, with a great structure
Lots of investment was made by the co, from the training and materials provided, to the wages!
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
Fingers crossed for a graduate role!
The Culture
Many lived together nearby in temporary accomodation, and socialising was great over the weekends.
Not as extortionate as London, a normal seaside town with well-priced bars and activities
great nightlife, holiday atmosphere
volunteering and sporting acitivities existed
