The Role
Very good internship, however I would recommend it in different location (London)
I was really close with my manager and my team, felt really appreciated and always needed.
I was given just enough support and guidance to be able to show my skills, which helped me prove myself.
Depending on a day, I was usually not busy enough than too busy.
I had few projects running on my own, which was a great responsibility.
My internship was not really related to my degree but I definitely learned useful skills.
The Company
In this location the atmosphere was really good, people were always nice and helpful.
It was organised pretty well, had few main projects and few sudden projects, which gave a feel of real work experience.
We had few sessions on personal development, which was very useful.
National Travel
Financial Bonus
I have been offered a graduate job in different location, however I am still not sure if I am going to accept it due to various personal and professional issues. However, it is good to know it is achievable and I was wanted as an employee.
The Culture
There was plenty opportunities for socialising, firm's events as well as parties organised by ourselves.
As it is no London (Bournemouth) costs of living and socialising were okay
As the city is a student area (with many tourists over summer) it was good.
There was many volunteering opportunities during and after work.
