About You
It was full of informative talks and fun exercises.
Everyone was involved and listen to meaning we were as valued as we could have been in our short time there.
If I needed any help or guidance everyone was more than happy to assist me.
I have learnt a lot about the industry and the company allowing me to make more informed choices about my future career.
The Company
I enjoyed having talks from all divisions. However the week involved a lot of waiting around in between activities and talks.
Everyone was very professional but also kind and helpful.
There wasn't much personal training as we weren't there for long enough however we did have a chance to develop our communication and presentation skills whilst we were there.
Work shadowing was the best way for us to truely experience what a full time job at the company would feel like
Nearly everyone mentioned the diverse culture within the company!
The exposure to all divisions in the industry was the most helpful factor in helping me decide my future career path.
Everything Else
Chance to network with all employees we met.
There was a dinner which allowed us many opportunities to network with employees
Many organisations within the company people can get involved in
Yes, I learnt a lot and was very helpful so would advise anyone who wants to learn about the financial industry.
