    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

  • My team were lovely and really welcoming

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was given an outline of what to achieve, but it was up to me how to do it. I feel this was good as it encouraged me to research and ask questions

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I was tasked to complete 3 hours of work a day. Some days I had intern events and so didn't meet this and others I completed a lot more. I felt this was good as I did a lot of research to understand what I was working on.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Just enough to be responsible for my code, but making sure it didn't affect anything else

    3/5

  • My programming improved greatly so this will help with university

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Lots of additional skills learned, but other than that a personal development plan was made for each person
