The Role
Although it was a stressful position I learned a lot and everyday was very exciting so I looked forward to coming into work.
I will miss my team very much after the internship is over. They have taught me a lot about JP Morgan and how things work around here and about how to start a career.
My manager was sitting next to me all the time so it was really easy to get feedback and support from him.
I enjoyed the busy days as well as I felt more needed then and I felt like my work was appreciated.
My collegues had a lot of faith in me from the beggining and they allowed me to work with them on their current projects.
It was definetely an amazing experience that has taught me alot about software systems and ofc about work life.
The Company
My team was made up of great people that worked hard but also kept an upbeat atmosphere in the office.
HR was great, everything was organized very well, including networking events.
It is a great internship but it also does put a lot of emphasize on learning things on your own and producing your own solution.
