The Role
The work I was given was interesting and enjoyable to undertake.
Everyone was friendly and engaging I soon felt part of the team.
Work that I undertook was clearing explained and everyone was happy to answer any questions I had.
The workload was a good balance, I was never left without work to do.
I had a fair amount of responsibility, assisting/undertaking reports.
I learnt a lot on my placement and developed skills that will be helpful in a graduate job.
The Company
There was a good relaxed and professional atmosphere.
Time was taken to ensure my training and development.
As a result of the placement I was offered a graduate job. C&W use the placement process to recruit graduates, this a good method for both graduates and C&W.
The Culture
My team had a good social scene, this allowed me to get to know my colleagues better.
