The Role
Work was challenging but manageable
Got on really well with the majority of colleagues. Felt a real effort was made to include me, not only at work but also with social events outside of work.
Depending on how tight a schedule the job was on the level varied. All were happy to help and give any guidance I needed or asked for. Some went over and above to make sure I understood completely what to do.
Ususally had just the right amount of work, occasionally had a bit too much on but nothing that I felt was unreasnable.
Took responsibility for individual pieces of client work - of course they were reviewed by senior management after.
Came away with a job offer and feel the skills learned on my internship will be invaluable in the next few years of working life
The Company
Largely fun but obviously became more down to business when important work was being done.
Real thought had been put into jobs I was assigned.
All expenses paid residential training week.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Plan on accepting their job offer
The Culture
Wasn't in the office much but met up for lunch and after work social events.
Lived at home so not really applicable
