The Role
Everyone was always there to help, I never felt a nuisance asking questions or asking about something I wasn't sure of. Everyone has to learn!
My branch was extremely busy! Which made the day fly by and which also meant that you treasured the quiter days to get paper work done.
You make personal relationships with customers, who you feel obliged to please. When something does go wrong, you do feel that you should independently correct the situation and managers are very supportive in giving responsibility to do so.
You learn everything from dealing with very large corporate accounts, to just brushing up on general customer service skills. This internship really gives you a good look into the real life of business and teaches you extremely good networking skills for the future.
The Company
My office was very bubbly and always up for a laugh. But when things become serious we were all very supportive of eachother and got down to work!
You are provided with so much training and feel extremly supported throughout the whole internship. You never feel like they didn't know what to do with you, you are always learning and the training sets you up for a career in Enterprise not just an internship.
The amount of training weeks/days were totally unexpected, which really made you feel that the company wanted to invest in you. Talks and seminars were given from top managers who would regularly come and visit the branch, you always felt valued and never looked down upon.

The company are very interested to keep ties with yourself after you go back to study. Whether its staying on with them part time or coming back to work during holidays. Prospects for promotions after graduation are extemely promising.
The Culture
A couple of meals and nights out were planned, everyone was very friendly you really felt part of the team!
Aberdeen is generally an expensive city to live in however, socialising and eating costs are average.
From living in Aberdeen for four years you are never far away from bar/restaurant or club.
A few charity events were going around where employees could particpate, however no 'activity' groups are formed.
