The Role
I was handed work to do from day one meaning I got stuck in really quickly. The variety of tasks made everyday different and interesting.
I was taken in by my team and made to feel welcome. I found it easy to ask questions and they were eager to help at every turn.
Each intern was assigned to a mentor and had easy access to management as well as the graduate team, ensuring a solid support structure
Yes but not overwhelmed
I had a good level of responsibility. I was able to contribute to the various projects undertaken by the team therefore adding value.
The skills developed will ensure a better understanding of my upcoming modules. My research, analytical, technical and people skills have being greatly enhanced and will prove a great asset my future career
