The Role
It was a great experience and hugely valuable for future career growth.
The team, and company as a whole put a huge focus on the development of Interns and Graduates on the CDP program.
My manager and director were outstanding in providing support for my day to day role and also went out of their way to help on project work and building my wider understanding of the business.
Investment banking is a busy industry which is good as you are never bored and every day is different.
My team and wider HR team were outstanding in providing a perfect balance of work and activities to take on to get as much out of the 10 weeks as possible
They will be hugely beneficial for my studies and further development
The Company
Great atmosphere
Extremely well organised by the CDP team. Everything was covered in the 10 weeks period
They put alot of emphasis on our growth and development throughout
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
They are very keen to keep on as many interns to the graduate scheme as possible
The Culture
Great social scene, many organised events and we always went out together on weekends
Bournemouth is very cheap for living and has a great atmosphere in the town
Bournemouth has the most pubs/clubs per square foot in the country so there was always something to do!
I played for the football team and there are many other sports/social clubs to get involved in and they are really pushed across the organisation
