The Role
I lernt some things, but I can't say audit is the most exciting place to be
Reasonably, I was doing real work and allowed to talk with clients
always guidance there if needed, and left to my own devices otherwise
I was given tasks as I finished the previous ones so always about the right amount of work and reasonable hours
I was doing relatively simple tasks, but they contributed to the team and I was working alone most of the time
Learning to read financial statements and reports was worthwhile and the general understanding of how companies function too.
The Company
Depends on the team, normally quite relaxed when at a client site and good relationships between team members.
Reasonably, although not much besides standard audit work
Really enjoyed the initial training at the induction and the hotel was lovely. After that not much but we had the grounding .
Subsidised Canteen
International Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Personally I wouldn't chose it because it wasn't massively interesting, but it's good pay and you get accountancy quilifications through it.
The Culture
Yep pretty good and was nice to explore london a bit
Pretty expensive being london and London Bridge too.
Good again, lots of choice!
Not too many organised by PwC but lots around in london as always
