The Role
Top employer with a very good mix of ambition and human touch
Your work is considered and compliments as well as suggestions are provided
Even the most senior people found time to help me and to share their experience with me
Work/life balance was really good (Asset and Wealth Management division): of course sometime you have to stay a little bit longer and during your day you have to be 100% focused on what you are doing, but you have enough time for yourself
One of the best parts of the internship was to be involved in real projects. We were encouraged to develop our own view and to try to apply it
I think it has been the best kind of experience I could have made

Everyone is really focused on the business side, but the human atmosphere is very nice as well
Everything in the program worked perfectly
Really a lot of intensive training and learning experiences

The summer internship is generally considered a good method of selection to enter the Graduate Program of the following year
The Culture
The summer internship was based in London, nevertheless the salary is competitive to make sure anyone can attend the program if selected, regardless of the personal level of wealth
