The Role
When i got used to the work i was doing and how to go about it i found it very enjoyable, it was not however suited to my skills and education.
I worked with an excellent team of people that welcomed me and always helped me out.
My manager always supported me as did the team i worked with. I also found other managers from areas i interacted with very supportive and helpful.
The first few weeks were slow but this was to be expected as i got used to the work i was doing.
Full responsibility over the work i was doing.
Not very useful skills to take back to university but very useful in terms of future career development.
The Company
Brilliant team!
Had IT issues and no contact from my manager until the day i started. It was set up well but i expected more from such a renowned company.
Went on a few site visits and training courses and was always being educated by everyone i worked with as i always asked questions.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
I would very much like to have my future career with this company.
The Culture
Very good although i did not engage in much as i lived at home.
I lived at home.
