The Role
I really enjoyed the whole experience. It let me improve a lot as a person as working as part of a team in the company improved my communication skills and gave me a taste of a real working environment.
They were all very friendly and answered any questions I had.
If I needed any help, it was always at hand.
The work load was perfect in my opinion. I never felt like I was overworked but I was always busy with some work.
They gave me work that real employees would carry it. It really made me feel part of the team.
I have improved my technical skills greatly as well as more general skills like communication. Working in this environment was what I needed to take my skills to the next level.
The Company
The atmosphere was very open. I could openly talk to my colleagues and I felt very comfortable working.
Everything felt like it was planned very well. I never found myself lost or confused when doing the work given.
They taught me how to carry out all of the work effectively with training at the beginning and then trained me further with one on one sessions.
Company Parties/Events
I was told that I had a great chance of securing a job with them as I had done an internship.
The Culture
I had a good time with my colleagues. They were very friendly from the start and were good company.
Not the most expensive I've seen but certainly not cheap.
There were several pubs and clubs in the surrounding area. Great!
There were social events outside of work. They were great fun!
