The Role
I really enjoyed working here and thought the lifestyle was very good.
I felt very valued and was always included in team meetings etc.
I was always able to go and speak to anyone and they were very happy to help as much as they could
This varied day to day but general I had plenty of relevant things to do
I had taken on several projects which had an impact on Schlumberger along with different daily tasks
I think I have learnt a lot during my time at Schlumberger and really developed as a professional engineer
The Company
There was always a professional yet relaxed atmosphere in the office
I felt it took a while to get started with the projects however once I got started I had plenty on my plate
I completed lots of online training and got a day away to meet up with the interns from the UK
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
I would really like a job here and have hopefully got my foot in the door.
The Culture
There were only 2 students at my time of placement and we got along very well
Things in and around the workplace were not expensive
There was plenty to do as I was situated near Belfast City Centre
There was always something to do with the new friends I had made in the work place
