The Role
It was hard work, however I learnt a lot and enjoyed the work I did.
I was lucky to be in a smaller team so had regular communication with my colleagues.
Many different levels of support and contact with other placement students
In my department it was impossible to predict how busy it would be far in advance. However at times long days were required.
A high level of responsibility can be required.
I learnt a lot to help me with my final year.
The Company
Very friendly.
Very well. In total there were 60 students across uk.
In some departments you are able to begin your accounting qualifications.
Flexi Time
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Interviews are offered if you want to return.
The Culture
Yes, however less personally as I was the only student in my office.
Quite expensive in some areas of Edinburgh.
Night life was average, however other close cities such as Glasgow.
There were a few opportunities.
