  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was hard work, however I learnt a lot and enjoyed the work I did.

  • I was lucky to be in a smaller team so had regular communication with my colleagues.

  • Many different levels of support and contact with other placement students

  • In my department it was impossible to predict how busy it would be far in advance. However at times long days were required.

  • A high level of responsibility can be required.

  • I learnt a lot to help me with my final year.

  • Very friendly.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yes, however less personally as I was the only student in my office.

  • Quite expensive in some areas of Edinburgh.

  • Night life was average, however other close cities such as Glasgow.
