The Role
Very enjoyable! Members of staff went out of their way to share knowledge and experience with me. I was given enjoyable and challenging work.
Collegues were extremely friendly and supportive. Made me feel like part of the team straight away.
Manager and supervisor always friendly and available for a chat. Gave me great work to do.
The nature of the job is that there are times when you are super busy and time when there is very little to do - that's just the nature of consultancy. However my line manager was always great at finding stuff for me to do when the workload got low.
At one point, when my supervising engineer was on holiday, I was the only person with full knowledge of the site we were working on, which was a great deal of responsibility. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Everything I did was relevant and really built up my skill set.
The Company
Great atmosphere, hard working but always ready for a laugh.
No problems
They valued my personal development.
Definitely want to work for them after I graduate.
The Culture
Very good social scene.
Not bad.
No idea!
Yes, office ran regular sailing trips.
