The Role
A great 12 weeks at a great company.
I was involved in team away days, invited for drinks/social events and got on really well with everyone I worked with.
My manager was amazing, giving me my work plan before I started and arranging weekly meetings to folllow my progress and ensure that I was on track to meet my goals.
It varied a lot. At the beginning of the placement, not so busy but work soon picked up as I got further down the line.
A fair amount of responsibility, I was involved in customer meetings and did a few presentations so I had a really great level of input to the business.
I learnt so much about the industry and how it works as well as learning vital finance and sales skills that I can take forward to a similar role and presenting/communication skills that will be applicable to anything I do in the future.
The Company
Always something exciting happening.
Very well organised for me but a few had teething problems at the start.
I was fully trained in relevant areas and was allowed to attend training events.

Working from home
Great company!
The Culture
There were no organised events after the induction but those of us based in London all met for lunch and went out together. We had opportunities to meet eachother which then led to us being able to set up social events.
London prices!
Not in the immediate vicinity but near enough to London!
We did a volunteering day while I was there and had lots of company events. I also used the gym a lot which was great.
