The Role
The internship was very enjoyable
I always felt valued by the other colleagues and was treated like one of the team. I was never made to feel like I was "just an intern"
I was always made to feel as if support and guidance was always available by my supervisors whenever needed
Some days were busier than others, it depended on what work was found for me that day
Treated like one of the team and given the responsibility of talking to clients if relevant to my work
Invaluable training of their software. Developed skills allowing me to become more flexible, proactive and effective with my time management, and also had client exposure allowing me to build professional relationships
The Company
The atmosphere was very sociable
The internship was all very organised, with training in the first week, and we were all assigned different clients for the entirety of our placement by the end of the first week
The first week of the internship was (paid) training, along with other individual days further on in the placement
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Offered a full time graduate job, on the condition I graduate with a 2:1 degree classification.
The Culture
We all socialised a good amount during the placement and have remained friends since
Reasonable
Many nightclubs- work nights out were always fun
There were many opportunities to play different sports (I played touch rugby), as well as take part in other social activities such as work nights out
