About You
Quite a bit. Employees were very lively. Most of the students were down to earth and nice to chat with.
They treat you like special guests!!!
There was a session on employability skills that developed skills to use in applications and interviews.
Not very useful for degree studies but for a future career.
The Company
Very well structured. We were told of the structure of the day before it started.
Quite decent and down to earth. Not the snobby stuff you might find in investment banks.
Employability skills. About one hour on it.
The sessions talked quite a bit about how interns and graduates progress through their years in the firm.
We got to network with other employees where we could talk about the working culture.
Was mainly about different roles in actuarial consulting (Retirement, pensions, Investmen etc) or any other business area in Towers Watson. Employees gave presentations about what every business area is about.
Everything Else
Travel Expenses.
Yes during lunch.
It was only a one day event.
Yes some employees spoke about sports teams at the company.
Of course if they want to find out more about actuaries or any business area within Towers Watson.
